For organizers

Publish the Event.
Start collecting payments.

Publish a camp, tryout, clinic, or tournament. Families sign up on your page. You see who registered and who paid, and the money lands in the Stripe account you connect.

A page families can use

Dates, prices, and capacity for a camp, tryout, clinic, or tournament. They register on that page instead of emailing a spreadsheet back.

Players, teams, and waivers

Collect the roster, the questions, and the signed waiver before the event. Guardians manage the players they are responsible for.

Payment in your account

Card payments settle in the Stripe account you connect. See who is paid, who still owes, and refund without a second tool.

How it works

Open an event and get paid

Five steps. The money lands in the Stripe account you connect.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Open the organization that will run the camp, tryout, clinic, or tournament.

  2. 02

    Connect Stripe

Connect the Stripe account where card payments should land. SignUPlay does not hold the money.

  3. 03

    Publish the event

Set the dates, price, capacity, questions, and waiver, then publish the page families will use.

  4. 04

    Collect payment

They register and pay on that page. You see who signed up and who paid.

  5. 05

    Manage the event

Check people in, see who still owes, and refund from the same list.

Start organizing

Who it is for

The organization running the event

SignUPlay is for the club, camp, or tournament that needs a real signup, not a full league system on day one.

  • Clubs and academies opening seasonal registration
  • Tournament directors who need entries and waivers first
  • Camps and clinics that charge online and check people in
  • Organizations that already use Stripe and want the money in their own account

Open the next event

Request a demo and we will walk through the page, the waiver, and the Stripe connection. Or create an account and publish it yourself.
